Our Story

Like everyone else, I was looking for a job and wanted to create a CV without too much hassle. Finding a Word template where everything aligns correctly is always complicated, and the final result is never great.

So I found a website, entered my information, and at the final step I was asked to create an account... I wasn't warned, it annoyed me, but they already had me — I didn't want to start over, so I created my account.

I made the payment, €2 — exactly what was agreed, perfectly fine. I got my CV and I was happy!

Until a few weeks later, when I saw I had been charged around €20. My €2 payment had actually been a subscription sign-up without me realizing it.

I felt trapped into signing up, then scammed — over something written in tiny text at the very bottom, cleverly placed where no one would scroll to.

After that, I decided to build my own solution based on my principles: no false promises — from the very first page, you know exactly what's happening. No sign-up, no subscription. Create quickly, and for €2 you can create as many CVs as you want for 2 hours. That's it.

As a result, no user data is stored since this site runs without a database!

And as I was pointed out: you don't always create a CV for just one job. There can be different titles, sometimes you want to test several themes, sometimes the PDF rendering doesn't suit you in the end. So €2 per CV in this situation would be quite steep — which is why I put in place a system that lets you create unlimited CVs for 2 hours, to handle all these different scenarios.

There may be areas for improvement, and I'd be happy to receive any suggestions through the contact form at the bottom of the site. Otherwise, I'm satisfied to provide a solution I wish I had found a few years ago...
