3 tips to make your logistics / supply chain CV stand out
1. Quantify the flow, not the task
“280–400 orders picked per day on voice picking under Manhattan WMS, error rate below 0.3%” beats “order picking”. Volume is your proof of level.
2. Name the WMS, not the tool category
“WMS” alone passes no filter. Write Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Reflex or SAP EWM: those exact names are what recruiters and ATS search for.
3. Show your operational KPIs
Service level, OTIF, cost per parcel, damage rate, lines per hour: on a supervisory role these carry far more weight than a list of responsibilities.
