Human resources CV template: an example to customize
A well-built HR CV applies to itself what it assesses in others: clarity, structure, evidence. An HR recruiter wants to see your scope (headcount covered, roles opened, payslips processed), your tools (HRIS, ATS) and your indicators — not just “personnel management”. And a CV aiming at both HR assistant and HR director blurs the message.

3 tips to make your human resources CV stand out
1. Quantify your HR activity
“45 hires/year, average time-to-hire down from 52 to 38 days” proves performance. “Handled recruitment” reveals neither volume nor efficiency.
2. Name your HRIS and ATS tools
An HR profile with no tool mentioned in 2026 looks dated. Workday, Lucca, Teamtailor, Silae: name exactly what you master — it's a frequent filter.
3. Choose a clear positioning
Don't aim at both HR assistant and HR director. Tailor your summary to the role: generalist, recruitment specialist, or strategic HR. A vague message dilutes the CV.
